The year Seattle drafted Wilson the signed Matt Flynn, come on you know him as Aaron Rodgers backup, because they had nothing at QB, stop acting like it was a great feat to beat out that guy

Bottom line is the guy didn't have a season or seasons to figure it out he had to learn in week one. Look how he did the guy has won more games than anyone in history with his experience.

Owner of how many NFL records?

Honest as I can be.....saw Marino play at Pitt, saw pro football before we had the Miami Dolphins, can talk players you have never heard off.

We all get the era thing, what guys like you are missing is how superior defenses are today to back in the day, that is why I give these guys today more respect than the old timers. Imagine Russell Wilson vs 1976 defenders, ouch!!!!!
Ever see guys from 76 hit helpless QB's ouch. QB's weren't playing into their 40's and that was with 14 game seasons to boot. Or a wide receiver keep getting bumped, mugged, and interfered with without the penalties, ints were up, not brain surgery

How many big guys back then could run like these guys today?

Alabama would kick the 70;s Steeler ass, way too big, way too fast. Totally different breed of athlete now, whole different deal. You don't seem to get any of that.

Look at the QB's with mobilty today compared to once upon a time.

Right now Wilson has a 65.1 comp%, a 101.7 passer rating, Brady at 64.0 and 97.3
We know you're not good with numbers. It's been proven on this board enough times.

Go ask Siri about averages and extrapulating those numbers over a 20 year career. Wilson will be lucky to be walking if he lasts another 11 years with all the sacks he takes. Good he knows how to slide and avoid the big hit. Lots of QBs don't know how.

Wilson less than stellar WRs would not even get off the LOS in those days.

Doug Baldwin would totally destroy NFL defenses back then, Golden Tate would chow down, Sidney Rice ...PARTY OVER HERE.

Dude, sit your ass down, what a fucking rookie, sheesh!

DK Metcalfe and Tyler Lockett would be putting up 2000 yard seasons.

Amazing that during the golden age of travel. When more then just the elite began travelling on a semi regular basis you apparently travelled all over the US multiple times. Or did you get up and change channels and adjust the rabbit ears to get those three channels broadcasting those events more clearly?

Let me apply Razon logic. But if Butler played in the 70s he wouldn't have made that play. RW greatest ever for certain stats, but only if we use 9 years.

Says the guy who only wants to use numbers over 9 years when it fits his arguement.

Answer this Skippy. Do you not think Wilson's % on most stats will drop if he plays 11 more seasons?

Deacon Jones would head slap RW so hard you'd be knocked into reality.

I cannot believe this is that hard to figure out, wow! All Wilson has played is nine sesons, so ya compare his nine to everyone elses first nine, that confuses you, really?

Wilson spent a few seaons with the BEASTMODE trip, once tht was ovr all his numbers got better, and he didn;t have to score s
much with that D. so

He doesn't have that great D now and without question is best gang of receivers, I expect to see a massive improvement in all his numbers except rushing, do think he won't need to run as much.

Right between cartoons and wrestling? Not enough time in your 87 year old life to have travelled and saw everyone you claim to have seen, Dude.

Phony

In b4 you start the bs about watching it. You claimed to have seen. People don't claim to have "seen" when they "watched" on tv or heard on the radio.

Was this not your post? Is this 9 years? Even if RW feels the need to run as much he won't be able to. His comp # and yds will also likely deminish with age. It happens. Unless there are a lot of rule changes. It's only hard to understand when you try and make your arguement fit your agenda.
