Interesting factoids when looking at the computers...LSU and Oklahoma State are tied at #1

Oklahoma and Boise State are tied at #4

Alabama really needs Penn State to win out

Oklahoma would like FSU to beat Florida

We don't need Penn st. to win out, we need Oregon to beat Stanford and OU to beat Okie st. I don't really care, I'm fine with playing in the Sugar Bowl if we win out. If we got 12-1, and that loss being a defensive war that ends in OT by a field goal to the National Champs, I'm just fine with that.

I think you might...If Oklahoma beats Okie State, I think you'll see a push of voters to put them in instead of Alabama, ala Florida over Michigan in 2006...

The computers are 1/3 of the BCS poll, and the voters are fickle...

It will be close

Might be moot though...I'm not sure if anyone is going to beat Oklahoma State, especially with Oklahoma's top receiver out now

There is no way that they would put a OU team that lost to an unranked, shitty Texas Tech team at home, over a Alabama team that lost to the #1 ranked team in OT by a field goal.

Would people really rather see OU play LSU just because it would mean more TD's? Or would you rather see the two best teams in the country play? I know Alabama had there chance and lost, but I don't think that changes who the top 2 teams in the country are.

I think they (the voters) would...right now they may not be voting that way but give it time. Once the aura of the game wears off and people begin thinking about it some more, they will likely not want to see a rematch with a non-conference champion from the same conference in the BCSNC...right or wrong, that will be the prevailing opinion come time to make the final vote...

If OU wins the Big 12, YES THEY WILL put them in over Bama

What you guys keep forgetting: Bama will not have the SOS provided by a conference title game.
