WTF are "stickers" on your car? Might I assume you're talking about the decal on the license plate showing your registration is up-to-date? Like SEP 2013, for instance?

We have to update every year here in Washington, including DEQ every other year. Oregon gets "tabs" or decals that are good for like three years, I believe. Washington DEQ standards are almosts as nuts as California.
