I love SeinfeldOhhhh....you mean witchaaaaaayy woman.
lol
We will disagree...in reality though while I was doing Basic at Ft. Ord in the summer of '72 "Brandy" by Looking Glass was the most played song...I learned to really hate it.
From The Beginning (Trilogy) - ELP
Smoke On The Water (Machine Head) - Deep Purple
Reeling In The Years (Can't Buy A Thrill) - Steely Dan
500 Miles High (Light As A Feather) - Chick Corea
Last Autumn's Dream (Last Autumn's Dream) - Jade Warrior
Shit, you weren't the only one...I'm so ashamed....I can't believe I forgot ELP.
Good call.
Bad ending for such a good band...Best song off the worst album of 1972....CCR's "Sweet Hitchhiker" from their disastrous Mardi Gras album.
Hard to pick a best song off that album, some that didn't air time were really good too. The "doo wop" sound of Hercules is not appreciated enough...Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters is a very very good song too.
