I would give the Tecmo Bowl GOAT title to Bo Jackson. Once he turned that corner it was a wrap......

Bo is the best RB in Tecmo no question... But you could slow him down with certain defenders... It just all comes down to match-ups ...

LT is a monster ... Both DT and LT are the 2 best Linebackers in Tecmo ... But believe it or not Fulcher is the best overall defender in Tecmo , He has more speed than LT, same hit power as LT, but Fulchers INT rating more than doubles LT ...

Not sure who Fulcher is but I also know some of the Defensive Tackles who lined up in front of the center could just slide in & sack the QB.

Fulcher is a safety for Cincy... And yep lol, you could just lurch in and sack the QB form the DT lined up in front of the center, They're are pass play's you can use to avoid it though, but in tourney's you can't lurch with the DT's , if you want too blitz the QB at that position you have to engage the O-lineman or go around the tackles... It doesn't bother me though because you can run pass play's to avoid that if you need too ...

Walter Payton was great. Remember seeing this thing as a kid about his training methods, and the staple was running up 'the hill' (~1:00)


Didn't want to throw a negative out in a thread like this, but it was uncool of Ditka to feed Perry that TD run, and WP didn't get one in Super Bowl.
