Every time I see that phrase about Sid's hat trick last night I immediately think to myself, "What the hell was natural about that 2nd goal!" The phrases 'preternatural' and 'super natural' keep coming to mind to describe that second goal.

I get not drafting him 1-1 anymore, but what 17 players are likely to both outlast and outproduce him in the playoffs? That seems like a lot to draft ahead of a guy who finished 10th in scoring and on a hot streak, and who plays for the team who've won the last two Cups.

Exactly - I mean unless you don't think the Pens are going to make a deep post-season run, how do you not take Sid as one of your top picks? I mean maybe you take Malkin or Kessel before Sid if you think they're going to get more points, but to see #87 drop to the 18th pick is mind-boggling to me.
