For those unfamiliar with actor Robert Pattinson, cezero was making a joke, and the person in the picture above is figure skater Johnny Weir, not Robert Pattinson.

considering that Ben Affleck took the role and NEVER got his own movie showed how bad a choice Affleck was. I hated Christian Bale as batman, only when he was outside the suit, but he played that arrogant rich boy that he needed little training for.

Affleck tried to do his own movie, he would have had to write it and produce it since either he did not want to just be an actor, or they did not trust him in the role.

Even Aquaman got his own movie and all the Affbat ever got was a co star role.

Chris Evans would have been a good choice if their series is really over.

this is a weird one for me... I don't think he is a bad choice, but am confused by the direction...


he is in his 30's so he is not a good YOUNG Batman, and he is not old enough to be an old grizzled one... he is the age of a batman who was strolling the streets for a couple of years... and should already be used to his role... Christian bale was younger than Pattinson when he started off...

I know the joker is the most famous batman baddy, but they don't have to go the joker route... it is being done so much... Batman villains are probably the best villains in all comics...

I agree but you know they’ll have to at some point. I’d love a non Schwarzenegger/Carrey take on Freeze and the Riddler.

They have a ton of options to work with but DC is hell bent on the Joker and Harley being the premier baddies in the universe.

I’m super ok with it because if anyone has bothered to watch any movies he's been in besides Twilight (which he hated by the way) you know he's a great actor and Matt Reeves is also great as a director so i'm not worried.

with 2 joker movies coming out now, and 3 batman movies doing joker too, joker is not needed to be a villain...

thing is Joker and Harley have become so mainstream now that Batman can join one of THEIR movies...
