That’l learn ‘em….Don’t care. That movie is great. May watch it this morning just to spite everyone that hates it.

That’s what we call self inflicted pain.Don’t care. That movie is great. May watch it this morning just to spite everyone that hates it.
I think this has been done in other threads through the years, but…
Bale
Keaton
West (he did great for what the roll called for at the time)
Affleck
Clooney
Kilmer
Not going to rank Conroy or Glen. They are both too different from the above.
Cant argue with that. I liked Bale, even with his really bad “Batman voice” best, but Keaton was part of opening comic books to movies, and bringing a somewhat serious take to the character that West made almost impossible.
Context. This line was spoken by Batman (voiced by Kevin Conroy) in Batman: The Animated Series, written by Henry Gilroy and Sean Derek (1992-1995). ... And his first iconic moment as a voice actor came early in the series, in an episode where Batman faced off against the Scarecrow"I'm Vengeance?" Really?

“No! You are not my father. I am not a disgrace. I am vengeance! I am the night! I am Batman!”
Ok, that makes more sense now. Thank you for this information!
Cartoon Network used to use this line in their promotions for the show
Don't remember the last time I watched the Cartoon Network.. Couldn't even tell you what channel that is for me
This was like 20 years ago lol
Damn, you have to be the only person alive who liked his version unless there is a secret society that I don’t know about. Warner Brothers says you are good enough so we are going to hire the worst Bruce Wayne/Batman of all time. I rest my caseDon’t care. I love Kilmer’s portrayal of the Caped Crusader as much as I love his portrayal of Doc Holliday.
Am I the only one who doesn’t think the Dark Knight made Batman Begins a good movie? I think has Bale been a Clooney and did one Batman Begins would be an alright Batman flick but Dark Knight made the trilogy. In my book there is very large gap between Bale and everyone else. (Not counting West in this)
All of the Bale movies just had it all ...the rest were made like there were trying to decide on weather to make a serious movie or comedy while they were filming it.
.

I don’t hate Kilmer’s Bruce Wayne. But I think it is neck and neck with him and Affleck for second worst. Can we all agree Clooney is the worst? I will concede the script was bad for Kilmer. Alicia Silverstone was hot AF but still couldn’t save Clooney’s Batman.I need to rewatch it since it’s been a while.
But my initial take on Kilmer was much like routh as Superman.
He was not the problem with the movie. The script did him absolutely zero favors
