What's easy to predict is that a gang member is capable of murder, and even if he doesn't commit murder, it's also easy to predict that the gang member is a piece of shit that normal people want nothing to do with.

Because of these simple and easy to understand facts, it is impossible for someone to be "duped" by a gang member when he commits a violent crime...even murder.

First, it's impossible to know how many drunk drivers there are, since the only one's that are known are the one's that get caught while drunk driving...

Second, and I mentioned this yesterday, your neighbor drives drunk daily, never has an accident, are you riding with him?

He's never had an accident while driving drunk, so there's no way to predict that he'll have one in the future right?

I mean, it would be shocking right? And if you were riding with this drunk driver who never had an accident, and he has an accident with you in the car, he would have "duped" you right?
