The thing I never get about dean , we still got Moses , yet he still gripes about it and the players he says were better aren’t

The only thing good about that draft was Moses who I wanted in round 2. Wait a minute Lawrence and Jackson aren't better players than Murphy and Long? LMFAO!!!

lawrence was OFF THE BOARD DEAN when the skins drafted TM in round 2 . anyone picked behind TM other then JG is not BETTER , maybe EQUAL , but not better

jackson was the 18th best OG this last season . you could make the feeble case he might be better however no one drafted after long had as good a career as long is still having

No we traded down to draft Murphy and passed on Lawrence to the Cowboys. To date Jackson has had a better career than Long. Wasn't Long a backup last year for a bad Jets team? Cmon dude we screwed up in that draft except for Moses.

1- if you drafted Moses in round 2, like you wanted, we still would not have got Lawrence.

2- you would have got Moses and Jackson.

3- Moses, Long, and Murphy>Moses and Jackson (what you actually advocated for)


Side point...Lawrence is not reliable. Between suspensions and injuries, he hasn’t done that much except for one season.

that is true and we felt the extra picks were better for the team and as we know lawrence had one good season , not much better then TM . and if we did what you wanted we would have over drafted moses .

I agree with you that Anderson has done crap. But to say Lawrence is just a little better than Murphy is far fetched. Long is a below average o line man. Tm is an average player borderline starter for a bad team.

both have exceeded the norm for laying in the league . long is a guy who has started at 2 positions in the NFL , that alone makes him avg

TM has started a bunch of games in the NFL again exceeding the norm

lawrence has had what , a good season with more to come ? and a high contract ?

both have played about the same amount of games lawrence has 15 more career sacks while TM missed a year
