@Stakesarehigh Easley and Brown was one of the pairings I was agonizing over. Nice work
Not that any of this is acceptable but just like the every year seasonal flu this is affecting the elderly most and obviously people with weakened immune systems are at risk.

Looks like a down trend for a couple days although some from these dates may not have been reported.
I still don't understand the panic, this has been around for two months now and we aren't even at 100 fatalities yet, i'll say it again in the winter flu season of 17-18 60,000 Americans died, we aren't even at 100.

So here's what I've heard from Medical Professionals about the Virus. I tend to put a bit more weight into what they say versus the average pundit/media.
The medical professionals are saying that every year they plan for the Flu. They have allotted resources in place. In addition to that they have vaccines developed to help prevent the spread. However with this additional virus, the resources are stretched exponentially. With the incubation period being 2-14 days, the virus is still being spread and we won't know the severity of this for another few weeks. Overall, the medical field isn't prepared and does not have the adequate resources to deal with any sort of high rate viral infection on a mass scale.
Plus all you're looking at are cases in the United States. This is a world wide pandemic. Italy just confirmed they had over 350 deaths in the last 24 hours from the Virus. We're all humans and have the same abilities to catch, spread and potentially die from the disease.
There is just a huge catch-22 with this disease. If we squash it right away with this "overreaction" people will think we did all this for nothing. But on the flip side, we won't ever know if we actually did prevent something massive from happening. However we will know absolutely if we did not do enough.

Quarantine those people instead of shutting down the entire country and economy. Seems obviousNot that any of this is acceptable but just like the every year seasonal flu this is affecting the elderly most and obviously people with weakened immune systems are at risk.
