I think you are describing leadership qualities vs Prima Donna qualities I'll describe as self-entitled, expectations of special treatment or special attention. Also, demanding, arrogant & unwilling to work well with others.

I personally don't see these Prima Donna qualities in Sanders. I think he has a legitimate shot as a quality starter at this level with his talent, skill and pedigree.

I'm not sure it happens in Cleveland though; their QB room is standing room only. This could make his NFL journey an unconventional one and a harder road to success.
The problem is, how many times have we seen a QB drafted by bad teams that don’t know how to develop QB’s, and when they don’t produce, the league casts them off as busts and they almost never are given a 2nd shot.

Most are either out of the league or relegated to backup and 3rd string fodder on a team with a stud QB.

I don't know how true it is, but I have watched a vid by Shedeur Sanders on Instagram where he states he is not accepting the draft selection of the Cleveland Browns, withdrawing the draft pick, and he wants to be in a city befitting of his talents to thrive in the "spotlights". He has chosen LA and Miami as the destinations he wants to go to and to be embraced by any team there.

Now the Rams sign a host of O-lineman. Geez. Seventeen players of the distinction of UDFA have already signed their contracts. Here is the list.

Bowles O-lineman is somewhat under-sized. He is 6'5, 300 lbs. Wedig is 6'7' 320lbs. Norton is more like it. 6-6, 334lbs. Perusing the list, the Rams did pretty well in finding quite a few players who will def make the team.

I'm curious as to where that came from??? The thing is we never hear the player side of things only what FO and coaches "want" us to hear. I don't believe for a second that these guys believe they are "bigger" than the team. But i will say this, there is nothing wrong with having budding confidence in your ability, there is nothing wrong with being outspoken and proud. If anything that is what i want my QB to be, "that guy", or my captain on defense to be. Those are tone setters IMHO. There is so much shade going around for this kid who hasn't had any run ins with the law, off the field issues etc. But since the league has an AX to grind with Dieon we are where we are. Luckily for us, we don't need a QB just yet.

It's probably an entitled thing. He's always been coached by Deion, which means he's never had to fight for his starting QB position. Supposedly he was taking calls in the middle of interviews, amongst other issues.

Shadeur Sanders is beyond just providing a confidence that leads a team and sets a tone in the locker room. When a player comes into the NFL and from the outset starts making demands about a host of things (usually involving money and attention) based on his and his father's opinion about the extent of his talents which have not seen the scrutiny and rigors of the NFL season, everyone then knows that the guy is a blowhard and just generates alot of bullshit for attention. He should shut his piehole and wait a year and then expound on what his earnings have afforded him.

But to blather away into oblivion about what you bring to the table without any proof of what you earned in the Pro Game and what you deserve as a consequence is just going to get the door of opportunity slammed in your faced and then locked. Call it collusion, call it what you want, people who have large sums of money are not even going to entertain such grandiosity because that is what it is and it is unproven grandiosity which indicates a mental health pathology more than it does a reality-based truth.

The fact that Shedeur's father is a partner in this clown show is even more disconcerting because Deion is encouraging a set of behaviors that are notorious for getting opportunity destroyed and door shut that can lead to permanent disaster.

This is just the beginning of a rabbit hole Deion Sanders is taking his family down and it is really sad to watch more than any other potential redeeming quality it may produce.

How did Gladstone know who the Rams were going to take in the Second Round when asked during the draft? Simple. He is the one who selected him as a predraft exercise before he left for the GM spot with Jacksonville. Gladstone created the strategy and process for the Draft that contributed to the good drafts the Rams have had the last two years. He designed the algorithms and the bucket list strategy that determines any given selection. This is why Coen chose him as his GM with the Jags.

This is what erveyone was not talking about after everyone cheered about the Rams improving their possibility of securing a selection of Manning in next year's draft with that trade with the Falcons.

The Rams talk about trying to win a Snooperbowl this year and then in the same breath throw-out that they improved their chances of getting Manning. The two are mutally exclusive. Ya can't do both.

And the scenarios to actually get a chance are also very problematic. The Rams or the Falcons would have to have W-L records in the top three and if either doesn't land the Number One overall pick, that team that does hold the Number one overall would have to agree to by-pass Manning for the acceptance of a trade with the Rams which right now is going to begin with three number ones and two number twos.

Another stupid article. None of these trades are worth what it will cost and many of these players we simply don't need for the same exhorbitant cost.

Another big and fast LB the Rams could bring in. He was released by the Stillers.

Yea, BattleLyon, there is def some talent the Rams selected with their 17 UDFAs this time around. It will be interesting to see who makes the team even though it may be on the PS.
