There was a leaked video on one of the Rams specific sites like Ramswire of McVay and Snead talking extensively with Manning during Texas' Pro Day. They all went out dinner after the work-out. If we nail down Manning next year, we have a QB for the next decade.

A lot of really good OTs remaining as well as WRs, CBs, and of course Campbell, the ILB everyone wants. Campbell could fall to us tomorrow at 46. There is also quite a few DTs still remaining on the board.

Think Rams have to be thinking LB or DB tomorrow at 46. Those are their 2 biggest needs as there isn’t a TE worth taking at 46.

If they both play well, the Rams won’t get to #1, but they could get into the top 10.

Slim chance the Rams get to draft Manning, as whoever ends up with the #1 pick is most likely going to need a QB and will draft him ( unless he pulls an Eli ).

But, it’s a much better QB class, and being in the top 10 will be necessary ( thus the trade ).

I think Morris, in his 2nd year as HC, will feel compelled to start Dart in his Rookie season, rather than hold him out in 2025. This could lead to a tough season for Atlanta and that No 1 alone may be enough to get Manning, but a package with the Rams No. 1 could get them there.

So at #46 I think we have the same positional possibilities we did at #26. However, TE is likely back in the mix while it would've been a huge over draft at 26 with the top two guys gone.

Browns are set up well to get Manning next year if they pass on a QB this year.

They will likely still not be a good team, and are armed with the Jags 1st as well.
