Dart, Schmart. McCord is the guy the Rams should focusing on if they are taking a QB.

Mine is a 10 team league.

We keep 16 players- 14 offensive and 2 defensive.

The rookie RB’s go early as always if they are good ones, but with the ability to start 5 WR’s if your RB’s are weak, Wr’s have been going earlier every year.

That is a lot of keepers, virtually a dynasty league lol.

Dart has been a popular pick for the Rams in many mock drafts I have seen.

I don’t expect him to last, so it’s probably a moot point, but what is everyone’s thought on this?

Depends on what the Giants, Browns and Raiders do. If they go best available instead of QB, Sanders could easily fall to the Steelers and Dart becomes a 2nd rounder. With the Giants adding Russ, I think they're still on the Arch Manning path. Browns have a LOT of needs, should probably address those first. Raiders are always a tough read, but with Geno on the roster they don't have to reach either.

I don't think (and hope) the Rams think QB until the 3rd, as hopefully they use that 1st rounder on BPA. With no 2nd, it's a long wait until their next pick.

Im thinking somebody trades up (Cough) giants (Cough)

They now have Jameis and Russ and have been strongly rumored to want Arch Manning. They could actually trade back for additional draft assets to help them move up if needed in 2026.

That’s what it is, dynasty.

It’s a lot of fun, as I’m sure yours is as well.

I'm in a Dynasty league too, but wish the rosters were bigger. We draft 4 rookies each year, but have to cut down 4 players by the first bye week. We need a taxi squad or something IMO. It's only a 10 team league, expanding the rosters would make it more competitive.

We used to have taxi squads, but eliminated them so that good teams didn’t hoard even more players and make the league more competitive by freeing up those players for other teams.

It’s also why we made the flex positions and required only 1 starting RB because some teams were thin at quality RB’s ( especially with teams using more RBBC ).

It's just frustrating drafting 4 players knowing at most 2 of them will make your squad. Makes it tough to hold a guy that doesn't break out until maybe his third season. I've lost some big WR prospects that way. The two that come to mind are Davante Adams and Nico Collins.

This is Shopson's post from a duplicate thread.

Here's a quick attempt on PFN's simulator. I need to get more familiar with the deeper prospects lol. Got my homer picks worked in!

26. Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
90. Dorian Strong, CB, Virginia Tech
101. Smael Mondon Jr, LB, Georgia
127. Kyle McCord, QB, Syracuse
190. Carson Vinson, OT, Alabama A&M
195. Luke Lachey, TE, Iowa
201. Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins, DT, Georgia
202. LeQuint Allen, RB, Syracuse

We all know how much McVay likes being a savior to down-and-outers. Here is an under-the-radar QB that is looking for a chance. Like so many diamonds in the rough the Rams have found in the UDFA pool of players, this guy can be had on the cheap and he would be a great project for the future.

Thought maybe we would keep the playing around mocks separate from real news. If you want them here, that's fine with me.

Yes, please. It will assist us well during the actual draft like we have done in past drafts on this page.

Here's another try with a vastly different approach (multiple trade downs which also move later picks, while also adding the Vikes 2026 2nd):

65. Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State
69. Chris Paul Jr, LB, Ole Miss
99. Dorian Strong, CB, Virginia Tech
101. Ajani Cornelius, OT, Oregon
109. Cameron Skattebo, RB, Arizona State
123. Joshua Farmer, DT, Florida State
127. Jayden Reed, S, Penn State
185. Tyler Shough, QB, Louisville
195. Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins, DL, Georgia
201. Jaylin Conyers, TE, Texas Tech
2026 Vikings 2nd

Lost track of TE until late, but Conyers is like a Dollar Store version of Tyler Warren. Former QB, used in wildcat formations, etc.

I think concerning DTs, Darius Alexander from Toledo and the Harmon kid from Oregon have been linked to the Rams. The prototypical DTs road graders are the kid s from Michigan, Texas, and Ohio State which have all been mentioned to be possible selections for the Rams.
