When you can't get someone to bite on a Cooper Kupp, you def have a new environment for this year's FA class. the JJS is now being observed by eneraly everyone else. Nobody wants that to happen to them.

I still think the Rams should get ahold of New England and inquire about a Kupp for Milton trade. Other than that, the Rams should focus in on the draft and sit on their new found cap money going forward.
