Okay guys, I need your input. I have volunteered to write an occasional article for TheProspectTimes.com. You've probably seen me post tweets from the guy who runs the site. My first article is going to be about our 6th round draft pick from last year, Tommy Specht. Tommy was drafted out of high school. He is an outfielder. I messaged him through Twitter and he graciously agreed to an informal interview where I message him questions and he messages me back his answers.

This is where I would like some input from you guys. What kind of questions should I ask him? What would you like to know about him and about his experiences so far?

Opening Day recap:

getting to, parking, and into the stadium was the easiest I've ever seen it. Really everything about the stadium was smooth, seems like they've finally figured all of that out.

deGrom looked every bit the ace in the 1st. the game got away from him, but PHI are the reigning NL champs and they can mash. JdG sat close to 100 consistently.

My buddy and I went to chat with some friends at the middle of the 4th. BOT 4 is when the Rangers rallied, so obviously we were the reason that happened. And we never moved from our spot after that.

6th game at the Grill for me, but the first time I've seen them actually win.

Changes will also effect past records. I feel Maury Wills, Lou Brock and Ricky Henderson are getting a raw deal. Their records will eventually fall because of these changes. Forever baseball has been America's game. Leave baseball alone!!

Thanks. I actually read this article and a couple of others earlier this week. He was considered the top prospect in the state of Iowa last year. He also has a family member who once pitched for the Rangers back in the 70s.

He did adjust his outfield late in the game for defensive purposes. I sure wish one of our previous managers had done that once upon a time.
