For the record, this is one of the injuries Embiid played through in the playoffs. This was the last Ben Simmons year with the Hawks loss.

I’m absolutely shocked that all it took was jettisoning Harden and Tucker and adding 3 pedestrian wings (Batum, Oubre, RoCo) anybody could have had for a song. Still need a secondary ball handler and another 3 and D piece to replace Oubre/Melton and make them bench depth in a perfect world. For now, it’s time to move Melton out of the starting lineup. Go Maxey, Oubre, Batum, Harris, Embiid. If you’re up, you close with Melton’s defense. If you’re down you close with Oubre’s offense.

2 young players and Furkan’s expiring. BBall Paul fits in well because they don’t want to pay Patrick Williams. He’s been ass this year and he’s set to get 20-25 per year.
