Also, while not voting for them, it's nice to see Dye and Everyday Eddie again. I enjoyed both of those guys. Nice careers.

I'm not sold on Smoltz yet. I supposed I would vote for him, only because he is similare to Mussina, Glavine & Schilling....

It just seems weird, that we have Clemens, Martinez, Maddux, Johnson, Mussina, Glavine, Schilling, Smoltz all at the same time... I guess they are all Hall worthy?

He never had my vote, but it is surprising to see Palmeiro dropped from the ballot. As un-deserving as I feel he is of the Hall, he did have enough of a career to remain on the ballot for at least a good bulk of the 15 years of eligibility.

As far as the Hall goes the same as Mattingly. As a Yankees fan want to see him in there, but as a baseball fan know that his peak was too short.

I like it. I have McGwire and Sosa in, I go back and forth on Sheffield, and I have McGriff out. Doesn't this show the mess the Hall has created? Even with the maximum of 10 players are inducted, you still have 5-8 worthy Hall of Famers off the ballot.
