Like any chain it's only going to be as good as the manager.

My outlook on chains is you should know what you are getting. If you have higher expectations eating at the Applebee's in NY simply because of the zip code you are going to be disappointed

Was my Great Grandmas favorite spot back in the day.

Surprised there isn't one in Nashville.
