It always amazes me how low Kinsler's hands are on the bat....

Am on gameday ... but that looked to be a standard TEX bottom of the first. Never a mystery as to what is going to happen.

can't see the game? MLB streaming just dropped their prices, 30 bucks for the rest of the season

that was a strange AB, almost like he was waiting for a walk

Not a good at bat. I understand being willing to take a walk but when you get a 3-1 count look for a pitch in your wheelhouse and smash it if you get it. Martin got at least two.

Ogando is trying to aim his pitches.

Harry should be back next year without issue. It's just a matter of keeping him from doing more damage due to substitution and poor mechanics due to weakness. It's just a time and strengthening issue.

Wish I was as sure of that as you are. This is the second time Harrison has gone "walk about". I'd get him into camp next spring before having the confidence that he's going to be back without issue.

I understand what they're saying and why they shut him down. It's basically they saw he wasn't going to be able to come back this season and having him play further would've increased his risk for developing another serious injury due to compensation from his muscles being too weak still. All they're basically saying is he's still not ready and the safe bet is to put him on the shelf and let him gain the necessary strength back to resume pitching in the spring.

He just wasn't ready yet.

... and the two of us said that in May. How come we were so smart?
