Just unbelievable, and the Mavs tried to gift wrap it late when Samuel Dalembert fouled for whatever reason and they missed the one free throw and that was that

Rockets aren't looking so good right now

Harden needed to settle down............. He was all over the place on that last 3. Marion is smart and clipped his feet a little bit.

Houston pulled away like 3 different times in the last 6min, but still couldn't close it out.

Give Dallas credit.

The rockets are a mess. Hardens scoring is way down because of a lack of a stretch 4 just trade for Patrick Beverly and get him back in Houston.

Dwight was getting hacked toward the end with no calls whatsoever.

Was an awful loss though. Can't let two players kill you like Ellis and Nowitzki did.

Thad Young would be a nice fit on the Rockets, maybe even Spencer Hawes

Has Hardens effort on defense improved or no?

I watched South Park during the first half, so I'm not sure what happened then. Wasn't really paying attention to Harden's d with Beverly defending Ellis for the most part. I think he was on Marion for the most part.

Damm big choke by Harden. People don't understand that Harden was actually pretty clutch last year.

Could it be some Dwight disease is infecting everyone slowly but surely on the Rockets team ?? hhmmm!!

Harden and Coward make a pretty good combination, but they still need a legitimate point guard to make it happen. That team is mediocre at the best

Lakers fans are annoying. Why are you still mad that Dwight left an aging Kobe to play with a young Harden who's getting ready to enter his prime? Get over it and Dwight had nothing to do with the L last night as he was dominant and even made most of his fts.

Dwight shot 75% on 16 shots and 9-13 FTs with 33 points...only Beverley really had an off night...oh wait Lin went 0-5 and 1-2 on FTs...Harden wasn't great either.

Point is I would not be blaming this loss on Dwight, he also had 11 boards and an assist.

Houston has also not won in not just Dallas but the state of texas (outside of Houston) in a long time. I do not put too much into those stats unless there is some common denominator like a coach (Pop in SA) or matchup nightmare consistency. Here I just think their PG play (and probably perimeter D judging by DAL FG%) was pretty shitty.

Obviously both teams scored a shit ton but it looks like Houston went inside out with 0 outside help and Dallas just chucked unimpeded. I blame Houston's perimeter D with out seeing but 2 early minutes of the game.

Teams like Rockets and Clippers are still ironing out their rosters if you view the next few years. Both have come along way in last few years with recent additions. They will rise up as others teams age more. They are attractive destinations.

Pacers are a good example of a team that is getting their balance and plan in place.

I still am wondering if the Thunder are rising or falling. Did they miss the window? I suppose not as they have many picks ahead.
