Well I know Techs' defense sucks but TCU not having 7 players on defense kinda makes a big difference IMO. I know TCU's offense is so explosive but Tech's is just as explosive. Then you add in the home field advantage which is a huge factor and always is for Tech.

I havent watched either of these teams enough to actually feel confident either way though.

I never got the sense that the PUBLIC was picking Ole Miss. Maybe I saw a diffrent groundswell.

Most of what I saw was everyone picking Alabama to curbstomp them in revenge to prove it was a fluke win last yr.

I figured they'd beat Bama, but my thoughts were they'd do so through the air against Bama's swiss-cheese secondary.
