No complaints here.

You sure the ORM didn't produce those?

:)

Of course these rankings came out before BMo joined the Flames, so I'd expect the Flames to be much higher next week...

He has a few teams off from where I'd put them, but for the most part I agree actually. Those rankings aren't half bad.

These ESPN power rankings >>> those TSN rankings I saw in another thread...

EDIT: And yes I only say that because they have the Penguins ranked higher than TSN.

I don't have a good feeling about Marty Turco.

I also am anxious to see where all the offense is gonna come from in LA. Helluva back end, but it's a long season in a league trying to drive up the scoring.

One of the headlines about that last exhibition game was how his long pass set up the eventual game winning goal (I think it was the 4-1 goal at the time). The story itself failed to mention that his brutal giveaways in his own end led directly to two goals for St Louis.
I hope he's a flop, but I think he'll be decent. He is hidden behind a pretty formidable top 3 d-men.

now that i look at LA's roster, you have a point. Kopitar, Brown, Doughty, and by committee.

Time to raise another banner...

ESPN is gahbage. I know there are quite a few teams that on paper are better than us... But 22nd in the league. ESPN needs to stop covering hockey altogether, they're fucking retarded. All Sidney and Ovie cockmongers.
