I missed most of the game but he must have been pretty good tonight. I figured he would have a little with the Rangers lineup and the DH.

He has pitched really well. Also got the benefit of several hard hit balls hit right at fielders and a couple of nice running catches by Revere and Byrd.

Yeah, this performance basically absolves him of any possible connections to Biogenesis.

One thing I noticed is having Byrd in there seems to make a big difference on defense. Byrd, Revere and Brown looks a lot better than Revere, Brown and Delmon Young.

Byrd played that ball off the wall well. Here we go with Paps...

This could be the new and improved version of Kendrick. Burnette is teaching him to throw curve balls in the dirt. The kind that Ryan Howard strikes out on. Kendrick has not mastered the pitch yet, but at least he is working on it. Either way having a number 5 pitch like a number 3 is just what we need right now!

theres nothing different about Kendrick, never will be. He is your prototypical #4. Inconsistently consistent. Really lights out for 2 starts, then really really horrible for the next 2. and repeat
