the way i see it... it was an honest mistake... But i would be making the executive decision that would go against someone who did nothing wrong but take advantage of the terrible waiver rule...

so it needs to be agreed upon between the 2 parties... and if they are to agree they might as well just make a trade... and i will add the FAAB spent back to @cwalke3408
