Day to Day
The NFL is making cancellation plans if the weather turns as bad as predicted for this year's Superbowl. The National Weather Service and the Farmer's Almanac are predicting temperatures in the upper 20'sand heavy wet snow for Superbowl Sunday.
If the Packers and Patriots make it, the weather would be perfect. If the Chargers and Panthers make it, it would be hysterical. If the Broncos make it, they'd lose to whoever they played because Manning can't play in bad weather. He won his first game this year in temps below 40 degrees. Of course it was against Tennessee....a real cold weather team.
Goodell has gone on record that he will not support another potential cold weather venue for the Superbowl. He tends to forget that half of his bosses play in the snow and cold zones of the country and the guy who basically got him this job has NFL history's best bad weather QB.
