Was just looking at some Stats and Cooper Kupp had a 39.5 QB rating in this game. He attempted one pass and it was (badly) incomplete. I think it was behind the LOS too, but not sure. He still had a rating of 40.

By comparison Jared Goff had several games this season with a QBR in the 60's and we even had some guy who started a game at QB for us who had a QBR in the 20's.
