Referees really should HAVE to pass some kind of athletic evaluation season in and season out if they want to work in the NFL. Just today there have been two instances - that I've seen - where the refs were in the way of a live ball

Terrance Williams instead and he fumbled the ball extending for the end zone but he wasn't even close. Not smart. They were down 9 points with 2:42 left.
