No. Just was hoping to avoid the injury bug. I cant be mad about cmac n adams 1-2
Yeah definitely good value. Having CMac in a league the past two years is pretty frustrating though. If healthy, a top 5 player no doubt but it is worrisome and when does his body start to breakdown. I dont anticipate anytime soon but some guys once they get injured, it never ends

Yeah, I couldn’t take him at 4. In a normal league, maybe. Not the is one.

Standard scoring doesn’t make the upside worth the risk until the back half of round 1, IMO.

This is where i admit that for some reason i thought I was drafting guillotine and this was ppr i couldn't of taken cmac at 7 tbh. Cook would of been my guy

if i wasnt doing a 0'ish RB strategy Javonte Williams would have been my first round pick.... the fact he went after me in the second, very good value IMO....

Not faulting your strategy, but JJ 1st WR overall? And 5th player overall. Bold. Explain.

Safest wr out there imo. With adams and hill changing teams. For an outside the box strategy you should always go safest players that fit.

Just not sure about Kupp yet... but i generally run away from Career seasons... can he be better?? thats what i like about jefferson and why i think he is the safest WR this year... Not saying best... just safest... not much has changed for Jefferson in the past couple of seasons

Believe it or not i am in the same camp. I dont think Kupp can repeat career numbers like that. But he has the same coach, same QB, and even if he hits 75% of last year's production, that's still almost 1500 yards.

as for jefferson

Justin Jefferson said under new head coach Kevin O'Connell, the Vikings are moving away from the "old-style offense" the team used during the Mike Zimmer era.

“It’s 2022. You get into a new age and move to a new generation," Jefferson said when asked about the team's new offensive system, expected to be similar to the Rams offense. "Adding new things to the offense definitely allows us to be more comfortable with the offense and work in different areas of the fields.” Minnesota's new offensive scheme should be radically different than the stale, conservative approach that defined the Zimmer years. O'Connell, the former Rams offensive coordinator under Sean McVay, said in March that Jefferson would be moved around the offensive formation like Cooper Kupp has been in LA. O'Connell seems intent on making Jefferson's usage less predictable in 2022. O'Connell said the Vikings would run a more spread out offensive attack than they did under Zimmer. "When in doubt, trust space-rhythm-timing of offenses to hold you true to your core and what you’re trying to get accomplished," he said. In the meantime, Kirk Cousins, Adam Thielen, and the rest of the team's offense is learning the complex language of O'Connell's system with three months until Week 1. It would hardly be a shock if the Vikings had some growing pains early in the 2022 season as they acclimate to O'Connell's offense.

Lets hope O'Connell isnt a Nagy clone.
(Was OC under successful head coach who called his own plays, then failed miserably on his own.)

Chase is playing with Burrow again, only QB he’s played with since HS. I consider that a safe pick. Plus this isn’t PPR which is a plus for Chase imo

I hear everyone say there is the elite 7 WRs... past that there is a big drop...

But of those 7, i think the 3 SAFEST are- Jefferson, Lamb, and Chase...
