I don't know about that...

From everything that I've heard, we were lightyears behind the rest of the league in facilities, staff and training throughout our minor league system, and that fixing it was gonna require some patience and investments... which it sounds like has happened. We HAD NO analytics prior to... other teams have been working on that shit for more than a decade.
