Flyers actually played very well, especially in the 3rd.
JVR is blossoming, Hartnell and Leino are ghosts out there.
We need Pronger back Friday.
Just keep playing the same way and things should work out.

I thought the Flyers dominated the entire game except one play when MATT FUCKIN CARLE stands in front of the crease and does nothing and allows a goal. Hes been terrible without Pronger paired up with him and shows how overrated he really is. Danny B had the best scoring chance but decided to go top shelf. Gotta score on Miller early it seems. I originally picked the Flyers in 6 for this series so Im still confident. Officiating was terrible tonight. Possibly the worst officiated game Ive seen in a while in the playoffs.

he let pominville skate right past him and just drifted through the zone playing 0 defense.. he didnt even fake it

i still want him to play because he's a threat to score and we obviously need that, but you can't blame carle for trying to defend 3 players while Z drifted around

i actually thought carle was outstanding tonight. it would probably take 2 hands to count how many times he kept a sure-fire clear in the offensive zone

Actually the goal was scored after the refs wouldnt allow a line change. Then Zherdev got caught on the ice to long. Nobodys fault really.

we can agree to disagree.. IMO he's been solid defensively, for the most part.. not noticing d-men is normally a good thing, unless you expect them to score.. and if that's the case, every flyers d-man has been invisible aside from mesz

The good news is that I don't think Miller can stand on his head two more times out of a possible three more chances. The Sabres relied on him a ton in the third period tonight. I feel like if we didn't have to kill that ridiculous five minute power play, we would have at least evened the score. Buffalo sat on the slimmest of leads for an entire period plus and didn't pay for it. That is unusual.

3rd highest scoring team in the NHl but they get shutout more often than another high ranking team.....it defies logic! Plus they decide not to score when their goalie stands on his head only giving up 1....I think you could win a lottery by defying those odds. I'm still shocked after last night!
