Patriots defense is 32nd in Defensive DVOA, 22nd if you weigh it to account for recency if you believe in that. Still suck either way.

I'm not big on analytics, but those are some bad numbers you put out there.

I'm just going by points bc that's what matters most imo.

If it makes you feel better, I'm pulling for the chiefs.

I just think the pats defense deserves more credit than they are being given. Bills teams get better as the season goes on and always seem to hit their stride come playoff time.

Here's what I don't understand. If James Harrison is such a bad player why are his teammates pissed off he's playing for the patriots? If he's too old and washed up they should be happy he's playing there in case they meet again in the playoffs.

Sounds more like they know he can still play and they're nervous.

I'll also say this:

It's Thursday and all the patriots are talking about is the Jets.

It's Thursdsy and all the steelers are talking about is James Harrison.

I think that right there is a big reason why the pats consistently beat the steelers over these last few years. Except for head coach, QB and TE the steelers have either better players or players of similar skill level at every position. Yet the pats win consistently.
