They'll be afraid of who this might motivate... Remember Deebo's performance on Joe Greene's night last season!?

Oh hell yea.....

But if you remember The ratbirds bitched to the NFL about playing us on Prime Time, and now they are playing us on Prime Time and we are making a big to do about it, so that's means twice the humiliation for them!!!!

Which starting positions did the Steelers upgrade this offseason? | USA TODAY Steelers Wire

My thoughts...

1. Y-WR: agree... Bryant is a much more imposing WR and an instant threat once he's on the field.
2. Slot WR: agree... Wheaton has excellent hands. Something I didn't feel as comfortable about with Lance Moore out there. Slot WR's need to have excellent ball skills and I think Wheaton is that perfect for it.
3. RB2: disagree... Not sure I would call D-Will an upgrade over Blount. Blount is 4 years younger and a more imposing 'back. D-Will will do just fine, but to call him an upgrade is a stretch. I would go with a push here.
4. DE: agree... This is more about being an optimist than about hard truth. Tuitt has a chance to be great, and I'm talking top-of-the-league greatness. Keisel had a ceiling, but you couldn't find a harder worker than him. He was one of the most trustworthy DEs we've ever had. Hard to call this an upgrade, but if you consider Brett's age then its easier to call it that.
5. Utility D-lineman: Agree. ANYTHING is better than Cam Thomas. You could place a refrigerator out there and it would still generate more pressure than Thomas ever achieved. But I don't want to take anything away from McCullers. That dude is a beast and will do well in spot starts or sub-package situations. It was reported that he dropped nearly 20lbs this offseason so it will be interesting to see how his play changes.
6. LOLB: agree with a push. Moats is a good LBer but I am hesitant to call him an upgrade over Worilds. Jason did a pretty outstanding job over the past few seasons. I don't think Arthur is going to hold off Dupree for very long. But it will be beneficial to Bud for him to watch with spot duties instead of throwing him into the fire out the gate.
7. SS: disagree. Shamarko may be an upgrade for the age standpoint, but even an old aged vet was a more proven & trustworthy starter than the Shark. We have no clue what Thomas will bring.
8. Slot CB/Nickel CB: agree with a push. Until we see what the talent provides we won't be able to make a case for either an upgrade or downgrade. McCain was solid in both slot & outside duties. I hope we don't regret letting him walk for the relatively cheap contract he got.

What say you? @ATL96Steeler , @Psych-Ward , @MISKO , @SteelersPride , @Maximus Rex

Should the Steelers take Antonio Brown off punt returns? | USA TODAY Steelers Wire

I've seen this article written at least 10-15 times EVERY offseason. Tomlin is always going to go with the most explosive playmaker regardless. He doesn't live or coach with fear, never has and never will. Until someone like Archer or someone else steps up and takes the job there is no reason to think it will change any time soon.

Steelers roster cuts 2015: These veterans may be on their way out | USA TODAY Steelers Wire

1. Cam Thomas... hell yes
2. Landry Jones... hell yes
3. DHB... Only if the right player beats him out. Personally, I'm hoping Gardner takes the spot (WR5/QB3).
4. Mike Adams... No. Even if Villanueva impresses this offseason he still lacks the experience. Having a guy that has logged real NFL snaps should win the competition. Villanueva has packed on some weight this offseason, but he is still a raw project.
5. Ventrone... Yes. There is a lot of competition at this position so I wouldn't say he's DOA or anything like that. He can still win a spot on the 53. But he is expendable due to the depth they have at the position. He will likely battle Golden since both are ST assets.
