Yup. I have no qualms about paying the man though. He earned that contract fair & square for bailing this team out a boat-load over the last 2 years! 4-5 games just last year were decided by his leg in the closing seconds.

Could be. IMO if Tomlin indeed wanted to fix the kicking issue then the decision would have had to be made on the basis that they are committing to a change. Giving Boz the opportunity to compete, regardless of previous achievements, is just a piss-poor excuse for coaching/managing. They gave Boz more than enough time to get right... We've been questioning this for at least 5-6 weeks now.
Exactly. Everyone always says the "NFL is a business" in regards to contracts. This contract should be handled no differently. If you don't perform to meet the standards of the team, then you should be replaced.
