Just took a stroll over to cbs and found this..
September 15, 2014 5:01 pm Report: Five suspended players to be immediately reinstated

ESPN.com reports Monday the NFL will [ame="[MEDIA=twitter]511619941641244674[/MEDIA]"]reinstate five players[/ame] immediately following the agreement of the new drug policy. Those five players coming off suspension are:
Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker ; Rams wide receiever Stedman Bailey ; Cowboys corner Orlando Scandrick ; Giants offensive lineman Eric Herman ; and free agent defensive lineman Spencer Nealy.
The new agreement is expected to be ratified in the next 24 hours. Other players are expected to have their drug suspensions impacted by the agreement as well.
