What do you use to marinade your steaks if any???

For 2 good sized rib eyes I use:

About 6oz Worcestershire Sauce
1.5 - 2oz Teriyaki Sauce (Salty so be careful or it will be inedible)
1-2 Tbsp Tiger Sauce

Let marinade in the fridge for 24-48 hours before grilling...

Salt, pepper and basil.

Then a little rosemary in the pan when seared. (Reverse sear, I bake in the oven first). Oil is ready when the rosemary starts to darken.

That’s it for me.

98% of the time I only dry-brine with salt. Penetrates better & leaches out moisture for better charring.

I think the only cuts I ever truly marinate are flanks when I'm making tacos/fajitas or teriyaki style.

Not a fan of marinating better cuts. It just doesn't penetrate enough to make a big enough difference & you have to be careful with acidity. And if you're just in it for the flavor-introduction, then just using sauces gives the same result.
