It ended well for the good guys. True enough... but, and I'm probably wrong again, but I don't remember a team keeping a player so far back in their zone when the opposing team hasn't even reached the red line.. but that's not even the point...

Considering the Islanders lost Streit for the year during training camp & Okposo for more than half the season. I feel safe saying it's another teams turn to lead the league in man games lost due to injury.

Besides the Islanders are prepared for the fact Ricky can't stay healthy. Nabokov & Montoya can get the job done. If they can't Kevin Poulin & Mikko Koskinen are waiting in the wings.
