This is the first live hockey game I've watched all year.

Kinda like the NBA with me, the reg season is so god damned drawn out and boring, but this type of shit is intense and entertaining.

That's why college football is so much better. Every game means something and the pressure is through the roof at all times.

Right here... this equals the pressure of a regular season conference game between Nebraska and Michigan.

God, Blackhawks are flopping all over the place. Not diving, just falling over on their own.

Sharp is still looking pretty, well, sharp, but nobody can support him. That's twice hes made a power move to the net and had no follow up from exhausted teammates.

This game is sloppy as hell, whatever wins it is going to be ugly.

Earlier in the game the announcers mentioned Jagr getting stronger as the game goes on.

At this point I expect him to be 10 feet tall, flashing red, and using special attacks that require a 2 minute cutscene.

I always enjoy somewhere around the 3rd or 4th overtime - guys falling, bad passes, blown tires, missed assignments, mental mistakes.

It really starts to look like the adult amateur leagues that me and many of you probably play in.
