This is the coolest thing to me. The Caps aren't just celebrating in a private room at a club, they're celebrating with the fans every step of the way.

Yep - this is what I alluded to when making the post about Oshie and Niskanen taking the Metro to the games. Many NHL players appear to enjoy interacting w/ the fans & don't appear as arrogant as some other pro athletes. Outside of the parade I don't recall seeing any NBA championship players acting in this fashion & even at the parade they keep their distance.

This is just so refreshing. Looking forward to the douchebag poster giving me a bullshit rating on this one (of course I have no idea what he will say since he is on Ignore).

This bullshit poster has gone to the trouble of following me around and dropping turds on my posts for a month now. Who does this?

The answer is someone with no friends and no relationships, even with family, which apparently is the case here according to others who see his posts. I have never heard of someone so universally despised by everyone he comes in contact with, including message board posters. He is literally the biggest asshole you will ever come across. It's pretty sad actually.

The good thing for Caps fans is there is a carry over effect. Sure as the off season moves on this gets pushed back in our minds just a bit. But when the season starts up we are once again the champs and carry that title for an entire season. I look forward to the raising of the banner after years of seeing "Patrick Division Champs" and shit.
