I must be alone here but I still don't think Chara is playing a good game. He looks hesitant at times. Maybe the Canucks hitting him at every chance is making him play that way. JMO

Gotcha... it looks like Lou can just grab a lawn chair and chill out there... nothing even close to a legit scoring chance by Boston this period...

I think they had a few good scoring chances over the first 6-7 minutes and actually maybe played slightly better in that span, but Vancouver had the edge for most of the period, especially after the power play.

Overall, I thought much better energy than in game #1 and I think both defenses are doing an excellent job. Not too many acrobatics from either goalie tonight, just hard work to find a good scoring chance.

Every single announcer said the NHL blew that one and the guy should nto be playing.

Oh well he is. Bruins looked pretty flat to me in period 1. Need a better effort

Oh, yeah, he shouldn't. The league made a bad call...which is what everyone expects at this point. But it's done. The league has to overhaul and fix some the way they handle these things and, perhaps just as importantly, needs to fix the way they communicate about them.

After NBC's 10-minute rant about the offsides that wasn't I have a hard time listening to any of their announcers get on a soapbox, right or wrong. And Milbury, of all people.

Well they didn't, I thought he should have gotten a game or two but they made the call and we live with it.

If the Bruins are going to lament over it they are in trouble, the fact is he is out there and you still need to play the game.

It's not the first questionable call in the NHL and sure as hell won't be the last. We have only played 4 periods of the SCF so there is a lot of hockey to play.
