People were craning their heads to watch a tiny screen instead of enjoying the madness of a once in a lifetime opportunity.

People were craning their heads to watch a tiny screen instead of enjoying the madness of a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Agreed. I took a phone pic of Scuds lifting the Cup...because I was sitting here watching it on TV, but yeah, I don't take my phone out at games. Enjoy the moment.

To paraphrase-quote one of my favorite books speaking about pictures: I was more apt to regard experience as my souvenir.

Alright, I gotta get to bed. I want to stay up and watch coverage, but I have to get to work by seven tomorrow.

While I have never been at a SCF match, I did take my phone out and record the end of game 7 against the Habs on our run in 2011. However I wasn't watching my screen. I was jumping around with my arms waving after the OT win. The video will make you nautious, I just wanted the sound, I think I have it saved on my laptop. I never take pictures or vids during a game. It is very lame.
