my son asked me before the series started "what would be better?" Edmonton getting swept or Edmonton losing in 7 ... he went with the sweep and I went with losing in 7 because thats more heartbreaking for their fanbase

my dream is still alive and now it would be even more satisfying for the Coilers to lose after coming back from 3 - 0 down in the series only to lose game 7 tonight

/ i put $50 on the Coilers tonight to cover my bases

It would be cooler if it was a 4-1 lead they lose in the third then lose about two minutes into overtime so the media can compare them to the Leafs. After all, it’s all about the Leafs anyways.
