Dam, I was convinced that Colorado had a favorable schedule during reg season cause I did not see them play much. Then playoffs , prove they are for real . Stanley cup first 2 , showed dominate.

As I understand it the NHL rule is that the play is not stopped immediately, until the immediate scoring chance is over.
So if the puck had bounced to the corner, it would have been whistled down.

IIHF rule would be blown dead right away.

I finally saw a good replay that showed the puck knocked off Kuemper’s mask. I thought it was Cirelli’s stick. In that scenario they got it right

Maybe in the sense that it wasn't Goalie Interference, But it was still a goalie in a dangerous and vulnerable position.

True, but I think the way the rule is written the only way they would have blown it dead is if the Avalanche possessed the puck.
