Key is to look for good bones.. But find the ones with 1970s/80s wall paper and outdated bathrooms and kitchen. Put it generic floor (upgrade it but don't break the bank). Landscaping, etc.

Yep, I agree. Especially with the tiles and wood flooring, Pergo, that can really do up a floor nicely.

In a way I like maybe going for it on 4th and 2, but I have Zuerlien in my fantasy league, a 45 yarder here would be nice!

Plus Hill didn't do anything but get us in FG position last week for the most part, I haven't seen alot out of him this week yet

They have thrown a couple of 15-yarders to Bailey and Britt in the first quarter but because there were penalties on both of thos plays, Shottenheimer went to dink and dunk.
