That's what it was like for 15 years as a Baltimore Orioles fan. We screwed up draft after draft, had a horrible minor league system and an awful front office and the worst owner in sports. We eventually landed Andy MacPhail as GM, traded Bedard and got Jones and Tillman among others. Very slowly but surely we started getting better players into the system and then signed Buck Showalter as our manager and Dan Duquette as the GM and finally we got a winning team in place that still has a chance at playing in the World Series. But most of the pieces from those losing seasons are long gone and in are young players and players that weren't around for the abysmal seasons.

So it'll probably take another overhaul to change the culture within the Rams I'm thinking because Fisher hasn't really turned things around like a lot of people thought they would.

This culture starts at the top. Kroneke was part owner when the Queen Idiot was running this dog and pony show. He is just as bad at this juncture as the Queen Idiot if he thinks this is a viable franchise.
