britton was only sch for 1 inning he had a light workout yesterday . buck wanted to see what he would look like in the pen . must be pretty good 2 k in a clean inning either 7 of 8 p for k or 8-8 nice ratio either way . if it wasn't for messing up his arm closer would be ok ! alex gonz homered to close it to 6-5 . hey buck you need to let Nolan get the ab in lf . let some of the others go . if britton is his rookie year he should be our starter it's a no brainer .

I have none . I do love our home grown guys . I like the schoop , bedard ,manny , Nolan and britton among others . britton has been bleeding black and orange and has crawled up the system step by step . then chen just walks in and get paid millions . while manny is mad about his money britton has 6 or 7 years into it and is what 25 or 26 not making much . lets go America .

I agree with you 100%. American players have to wait years before they can collect big, unless they are drafted early in the 1st round and get the nice signing bonus, while foreign players come in and get paid right away, without having ever played in the league at all!
