Its time for the basics. The offense should find a patch of dirt, some rocks and sticks. Place rocks representing players and sketch play in dirt with stick. Have outside rocks make a deep move and slot rock go underneath. QB rock throws to slot rock who has space as outside rocks cleared out the defense. Slot rock runs for yards after the catch and fans are happy. Clear play and start over.

I don't think the FO f'ed up with Tavon. I think they F'ed up hiring Schotty.

Probably a little bit of confusion on his part, but they haven't established his role properly yet either. They need to use him properly AND be consistent with it. I guarantee he might still have his "rookie" moments with better offensive teams, but he would also be a real threat more consistently.
