I don't think it's possible for the citrus to not have an sec team

If I read it correctly, I think the ACC / Notre Dame can be picked if they have an eligible team ranked higher than either the highest ranked available SEC / B1G team. So, it looks like it is possible but not likely in most years. However, this year, with the conference being top heavy, I can see it happen if the SEC lands teams in the CFP Playoff, Orange, Sugar and Cotton.
