Ran one of these last year. Here are the rules:

Individual Play:

1) You pick a day to play a round between now and Saturday April 12. You MUST post on here telling us WHEN you will play ahead of time. Even if it is the morning of or the day before that is fine. If you just go play and have not given NOTICE your round will not count.

2) We will use 100% handicaps and they can be adjusted for the course (difficulty).

3) This is the Honor System guys. Lying about your score is about the douchiest thing you can do. So Don't!

4) You get 1 Round only. So give us notice of when you will play. Then promptly post on here what your Gross and Net score was.

5) We will go by Plus or Minus to Par. That will account for those who may play a Par 70 vs 72, etc...

Partner Play:

1) On Saturday evening - April 12 - I will randomly draw names from the top of the leaderboard to pair with each of our players. For example, if 10 people sign up I will put the top 10 on the Masters Leaderboard into a hat and pick.

2) You pair your score with your player's score from Sunday.

** The winner will be SportsHoopla Champion for the Year!

I'm in. My handicap is a 1.6 (adjusted to a 2). Am hoping to get my round in next Saturday but will let you all know a day or two before.

Well, beings as it's winter here in Nebraska still, I will not be able to participate.

Call me up again in about 2 months and I should be playing at about a 2 handicap.

One rule that I would say you should mention is that participants must play from the tips.

I've seen so many people play from mids and then claim that they average such and such.

Different work schedule this week...missed this thread...Wow...played the last 4 weeks and now taking off this weekend...the 12th...Sat?....I might be able to play that Sat...will confirm tomorrow.

I'm playing my round this Saturday the 5th.

Think we'll do one of these for each Major. Keep track and see who can win the most majors on the board. Also that will give you northerners a few extra chances. You guys in if we do?

I'm feeling somewhat among the living now after 3 straight days of 103 fever. I will play depending when I can get off work early, either Tuesady, Thursday, or Friday. Absolute worst case scenario I am playing in a tournament on Saturday morning and will count that one. I will post before I play though.
