Always glad to have some of the ladies join us. We used to have one here not too long in the past ago but after the Super Bowl we lost a few as the trolling of the Broncos just got pretty bad around here.

Never understood why people let the trolling after a loss get to them. Just gotta ignore it. It's just fans being fans and if you feed in it drives them more. We had some Chiefs fans do that at KFFL.. We handled it well. Needless to say they went and we stayed.

Yeah it was very unfortunate how it all went down. At this point it seems like the General Board gets taken over by whatever team wins the Super Bowl during the off season and will do post after post about how great their team is. Honestly if you just stay away from the General Board during those times it can lead to a better experience. Pretty much anything goes on that board. There are some fun conversations to be had but there is also just tons of trolling and name calling back and forth. One board I actually do recommend on here is that of the Chiefs. They actually have some very good posters on that board that can stay level headed even talking to a rival fan.

Yeah I mean I have just pretty much learned going into the general forum at certain times of the year just isn't worth it... Just gotta scope those things out with a board. Too much loving and bashing with those teams. Just don't want to get involved in that... As long as I have a Bronco board with a good group of guys a fair amount of posters (but not too many, too many isn't good IMO) that I can post year around in and a General forum that is good for the most part minus a few parts of the year and a place for my fantasy stuff then I am good. Just gotta stay our of the love vs bash moments of message boards when it comes to certain teams.

Oh I understand. I used to post at the denverbroncos.com message board but it is so large that all too often hard to really stay engaged in the conversation because if you leave for 20 minutes they have sometimes added 10 pages you have to read just to try and catch back up. Too much of a good thing can turn bad real quick. I still read over there once in a while as they have some good posters but I do like having the size of group we have now with you guys added.

I do venture over to the General Board when things slow down here some as there are some interesting posters over there. Been kind of fun to get after some of the Patriot posters about the whole Deflategate thing. It has run its course though. Now last year I will say the General Board was great once the season started and there was football to talk about. Hopefully this year the same thing happens and 10 out of 11 threads started are not about Deflategate.
